KBA Lease Services, Inc. (“KBA”, “we”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits www.kbalease.com. This policy explains what information the site handles, why, and the choices you have.
The short version: the site keeps no personal information, sets no tracking cookies, and the only information you give us is what you type into the contact form, which is emailed to us and not stored by the website.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, company, and message. This is used only to respond to your enquiry. The website does not store it: it is delivered by email to our office inbox and handled like any other business correspondence, under our normal record-keeping practices.
Information collected automatically
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not identify or track individual visitors.
- Security and delivery logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these to identify visitors.
- Bot verification on the contact form. The “verify you are human” check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It may set a cookie or read device signals strictly to distinguish people from automated software; it does not track you across other sites.
Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. The one exception described above (Turnstile, on the contact form only) is strictly necessary for that verification. Because there is no advertising or cross-site tracking, we do not ask for cookie consent.
Who processes information on our behalf
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it, provides the visit statistics and the contact form’s bot check, and runs the small program that forwards contact-form submissions.
- Resend, Inc. delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. No information is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
How long we keep it
The website keeps nothing. Emails from the contact form are retained in our business records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our professional and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can use the site without providing any personal information. You may ask us at any time what information we hold from your correspondence with us, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@kbalease.com. Residents of certain states or jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new “last updated” date.
