Terms & Conditions

The site describes KBA’s services and publishes general commentary on commercial lease auditing. Nothing on it is legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a client, attorney–client, or accountant–client relationship. KBA is not a law firm or a CPA firm. Decisions about your leases should be made with your own advisors, and an engagement with KBA begins only with a signed agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date. Case results and savings figures describe specific past engagements and are not a promise of results in any other matter.

The text, graphics, logos, and design of the site belong to KBA or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use; any other reproduction or distribution requires our written consent.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, or use automated means to scrape it beyond what search engines ordinarily do.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBA is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one posted here.
